By accessing or using the Nomos platform at nomos.ph (the “Service”), operated by Nomos Technologies Inc. (“Nomos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a contract of adhesion; by using the Service, you signify your full consent to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nomos is an AI-powered legal research platform providing access to Philippine jurisprudence, statutes, and legal resources. The Service includes AI-assisted search, document analysis, and research tools. Nomos observes ordinary diligence in the maintenance and operation of the platform as required by the Internet Transactions Act.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Maintain the security of your credentials.

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Fees: Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

• Refunds: Handled on a case-by-case basis via our support team.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data without express written consent.

• Sublicense, resell, or redistribute access to the Service.

Pursuant to Philippine law, the primary text of Philippine jurisprudence and statutes are in the public domain. However, the arrangement, database structure, and value-added summaries provided by Nomos remain our protected intellectual property.

In compliance with the Internet Transactions Act, any grievance or complaint regarding the Service must first be submitted to our Internal Redress Mechanism at compliance@nomos.ph. We will act on all complaints within seven (7) calendar days. You agree to exhaust this internal remedy before seeking judicial or administrative intervention.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Iloilo, Philippines.
